During ordinary visits, hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and requested page. This is necessary for secure and stable operation and is based on Frmtid's legitimate interest in providing a functioning website.

When you use the project form, Frmtid processes your name, company name, email address, phone number and information about project type, budget, timeframe and your message.

The information is used to assess your enquiry, contact you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or working relationship. Processing is necessary to follow up your request and for Frmtid's legitimate interest in administering customer enquiries.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are stored in Supabase and email notifications are sent through Resend. Information is only shared with providers when necessary to deliver and secure the service.

Enquiries are not retained longer than needed for follow-up, agreements or legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe your information is processed unlawfully.
